Malouf Home entered the outdoor category through its Salt Flat brand.

LAS VEGAS – Malouf Home debuted a variety of new products at Las Vegas Market, including 25 new collections through its Salt Flat case goods and upholstery container-direct program. One of those was the brand’s first outdoor assortment.

Sowe, the new outdoor collection, consists of a sofa-chair duo made from Olefin upholstery and sustainable eucalyptus wood. Items feature slender arms, deep seats and wood detailing.

“Las Vegas Market was a huge success. It’s always a great opportunity to collaborate with our retail partners in person,” said Jesse Gibbs, vice president of national sales. “We heard a lot of positive feedback on our product launches, and we’re excited to help our retail partners capitalize on these new opportunities.”

Case goods launches include the Field coffee table in oak veneer and the Burr accent chair in full-grain Italian leather.

This is the first major launch of Salt Flat designs since Malouf acquired the company in April 2020. This past March, Malouf began offering less-than-truckload shipping for its Salt Flat products, making them more accessible to retailers.

“We’re always looking for ways to stay innovative and support our retail partners. Our Vegas product launches are a direct response to consumer trends we’re seeing in the market,” said Eric Holmstead, president of Malouf Home. “We want to position our retail partners for continued success, and we’re confident these new releases will meet their customers’ needs.”

Malouf also released its first bedding bundle and adjustable bed base under the Weekender brand.
